At be Candle Co., every candle is handcrafted with care using 100% pure beeswax. We want you to love your purchase and feel good about supporting a small, sustainable business.

Please read our return and refund policy below.


🕯️ All Sales Are Final (With a Few Exceptions)

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the personal use of candles, all sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your order, so if there’s a problem, we’ll always try to make it right.

We offer replacements or refunds only for:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect items received

  • Defective products (e.g., wicks that won’t light, cracked wax, etc.)


📦 Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Email us at be.product@yahoo.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps. If approved, we’ll send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund to your original payment method.


🔄 Incorrect Items Received

If you received the wrong item (oops!), please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover return shipping if needed and send you the correct item right away.


đźš« Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items returned without contacting us first

  • Used candles (burned or altered)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized orders

Once your return or refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please check with your bank or payment provider.
